When I started working on The Times brand, it was clear that many of the outgoing comms did not have a consistent look and feel.

Subsequently, I initiated a project to produce a document and ad templates that would address this fundamental issue of brand governance.

In order to get this off the ground, I engaged with the Head of Brand for The Times and was given the green light to start work. We worked closely together until the document and templates were unveiled and implemented after a three month process.
